2Day Class - $449.00
The CHF Academy now offers three options for payment:
- REGISTER TODAY: Pay in full by check, PayPal or major credit card.
- HOLD YOUR SPOT: Hold your spot with 1/3 down and the balance due two weeks before the class starts. ($20 processing fee applies)
- SIX-MONTH PAYMENT PLAN: 1/3 down payment, must register for two or more classes. Balance will be ran in six regular monthly payments, until paid in full. ($65 finance charge applies)
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
If it is necessary for CHFA to cancel a class and agreeable transfer arrangements cannot be made, you will receive a full tuition refund. Travel and/or trip interruption insurance is recommended.
Withdrawal requests must be made in writing by email to Peggy@CHFschool or fax 704-333-4639. If received more than 30 days prior to class, 80% of paid fees will be refunded. NO REFUNDS will be issued for withdrawals made after that point.
If you are unable to attend class, you may request a credit voucher to be used for class transfers within one year. A $50 transfer fee applies. No credit or transfer requests will be granted after the first day of any class.
This class incurs a $100 supply fee.
Students learn different techniques for upholstered headboard construction while building three headboard samples suitable for showroom display. Students are encouraged to think creatively as they design and plan the frame construction, fabric selection, pattern placement, yardage requirements and embellishment options. Students learn how to use the electric foam cutter, pneumatic stapler and a button press - skills that can be applied to nearly any upholstery project. Laurie shares several methods for professional headboard installation, and students explore the advantages and disadvantages to each method.
