The CHF Academy now offers three options for payment:
REGISTER TODAY: To hold you space in class with full payment by check
or major credit card. Hold your spot with third down and the balance is
due two weeks before the course starts. ($ 20 processing fee applies)
Layaway Payment Plan: Pay third down and make regular monthly payments
until paid in full, at that time you will schedule your classes.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
If it is necessary for CHFA to cancel a class
and agreeable transfer arrangements cannot be made, you will receive a
full tuition refund. Travel and/or trip interruption insurance is recommended.
Withdrawal requests must be made in writing
by email to firstname.lastname@example.org . If received more than 30 days prior
to class, 80% of paid fees will be refunded. NO REFUNDS will be issued
for withdrawals made after that point.
If you are unable to attend class, you may
request a credit voucher to be used for class transfers within one year.
A $50 transfer fee applies. No credit or transfer requests will be granted
after the first day of any class.
