If it is necessary for CHFA to cancel a class and agreeable transfer arrangements cannot be made, you will receive a full tuition refund. Travel and/or trip interruption insurance is recommended.
Withdrawal requests must be made in writing by email to Peggy@CHFschool or fax 704-333-4639. If received more than 30 days prior to class, 80% of paid fees will be refunded. NO REFUNDS will be issued for withdrawals made after that point.
If you are unable to attend class, you may request a credit voucher to be used for class transfers within one year. A $50 transfer fee applies. No credit or transfer requests will be granted after the first day of any class.
